This weekend symposium on varicose veins treatment will be run by the Australian and New Zealand Society of Phlebology at Westmead Hospital on Saturday 25 and Sunday 26 May 2013.

Varicose veins treatment is very much in the domain of General Surgeons and of course vascular surgeons, and General Surgical trainees are exposed to little varicose veins treatment/training in the teaching hospitals. This two-day event will include formal presentations and practical demonstrations on the management of varicose veins and spider veins
